Victoria Beer Week features full Beer School Curriculum

Victoria Beer Week has launched an expanded Beer School curriculum, with several classes running throughout the week from March 2-9.

We are offering a class for everyone — from the novice to the expert and every beer student in between.

Cellar Dwellers
Category 12 Brewing, 2200 Keating Cross Rd

2:00pm to 4:00pm

While some beers are best enjoyed fresh, others are designed to improve with age. Jeff Kendrew, Certified Cicerone®️, will teach you what sort of beers are good for cellaring, how to cellar beer, and what happens to them as they age.

This class is the perfect preview for All About the Wood later Saturday evening at the Victoria Public Market (separate ticket required).

The Science of Sour
