Join us at the Atrium with Postmark’s brewmaster Craig Noble for his coast to coast cinematic exploration of craft brewing.
A feature documentary film maker, Craig Noble started his craft beer journey three years ago in San Diego.
His journey took him coast to coast, exploring craft brewing all over North America. From Crannog Ales in Sorrento, BC to larger regional craft breweries in the US, CRAFT chronicles Noble’s path to brewmastery. The hour long film will be followed by a Q&A panel with the filmmaker/brewmaster.
“CRAFT has taken me to over 100 of the best breweries in North America and I have been fortunate to drink some of the most interesting beer in the world. For someone who loves to eat and drink, the making of CRAFT has been an all-consuming, beery adventure, which has ended in me settling in to the role as brew master in the heart of Vancouver’s Railtown at the Postmark Brewery, something I never imagined when I started shooting.”
